- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I would like to say how much we appreciate the devotion that the superb staff have shown Mum while she was there. She loved the House and every single carer that came into contact with her. They all looked after her every need as if she was their own and it was a pleasure to visit her there.
The care and compassion that everyone showed Mum, in her final days, was absolutely amazing. They were all so caring and helpful to us as well, while we were there with Mum.
I would recommend anyone to go to Ashville House as a caring and loving environment for their loved ones. We could not fault the House or any of the staff for anything, from the lovely room, fabulous grounds (which Mum adored) and the professional and compassionate carers. They provide specialist care every moment for the residents. They attend to their comfort, meals, entertainment and religious needs. It is a fantastic place with wonderful staff and support to all the residents and their families. Nothing is too much trouble and it is a relief to the family when we know just how much our relative is looked after.By neilcharrington, October 07, 2017
